Temporary and part-time employees, while not eligible for paid time off or health and life insurance, are entitled to holidays, travel insurance and the
Employee Referral Bonus. Full time employees receive all of the following benefits:
Health
Insurance
Our
comprehensive health insurance program
includes medical, dental,
vision care, and prescription
drugs. Management
determines annually employee
contributions for health insurance
coverage.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
To provide time for periodic rest and relaxation, full-time employees earn paid
time off from the date they begin employment at STI.
Awards and Recognition Program
STI recognizes and awards employee excellence through our bonus program.
Holidays
STI observes all Federal holidays and, every four years, Inauguration Day.
These holidays are observed on the days set aside for their observance
by the Federal Government.
Employee
Referral Bonus
STI encourages employee involvement in the recommendation and selection process
on new team members through our Employee Referral Bonus program. All employees
are eligible for a referral bonus when an individual they refer is hired for a
full-time position with STI and remains with STI for at least 90 days.
Direct
Deposit
STI employees are paid on a semimonthly basis. Full-time employees have the
option of having their paychecks deposited directly into their checking or
savings accounts.
Funeral
Leave
Three days leave will be granted by an employee's Manager in the event of the
death of a member of the employee's immediate household.
